Where Did They All Come From?

The SunnySide Band performing at the Stone Soup

The SunnySide Band performed at Skyland Resort Mountain Taproom on March 29, and they didn’t expect a large crowd because the Resort had just opened the night before.  When The Band walked in, what a surprise, the room was packed.   Jim and Carol performed their usual energetic old-time mountain tunes and Betty sang her soulful Patsy Cline and Hank Williams classic country tunes.  The Band started a tradition last year of giving away a CD to the folks who were visiting from the farthest away.  Tonight the CD went to a couple from Germany.  Later on in the evening a couple came in from Russia.  The Band should have given them one too!  Let’s hope this is a sign of a good year.

The Band would invite you to visit their Music page and listen to a few of their favorite selections and then invite you to visit their Gigs page to see where they will be performing next.
